Shipping & returns
We make every effort to ensure that your orders are processed, packaged, and shipped as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Weekday orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Weekend & holiday orders will be processed the next postal business day.
Packages are shipped via USPS.
- Shipping times typically take 4–15 business days due to COVID19 precautions taken by the mail carriers.
- We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order.
- Packages are insured for up to $50. Additional insurance is available for purchase in shipping options.
- Packages will be sent out with a tracking number which will be provided via email.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- In-Store-Pickup applies only to the items ordered online.
- Additional purchases and services may have wait times.
- Monday - Saturday orders made before 3.00pm will be available after 6.00pm the same day. Orders made after 3.00pm will be available next business day. Sunday orders will be available next business day.
Due to the nature of the products that we sell ALL BODY JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. We are not responsible for incorrectly ordered body jewelry and stress the importance of being measured by a reputable piercer before ordering to ensure best jewelry fit.
Should you receive an incorrect order please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can rectify any potential mistakes. JEWELRY MUST REMAIN IN PACKAGE AND UNWORN. Jewelry will arrive in a tamper-evident bag. Once the bag is opened, the jewelry is no longer returnable, EVEN IF it was sent incorrectly - NO EXCEPTIONS.
